Agreement: These rules govern the Giftcraft January 2025 – Atlanta AmericasMart Contest

(the “Contest”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The act of entering the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Contest rules (the “Contest Rules”) and the decisions of Giftcraft Ltd. (“Giftcraft”), which decisions shall be final and binding upon all entrants.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Giftcraft (the “Sponsor”). The prize provider is Giftcraft (the “Prize Provider”).

Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective state/province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to employees, immediate family members (i.e. spouses or biological, step or adoptive parents, children or siblings) or anyone domiciled with any employee of the Sponsor. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk drop-offs, photocopies, scanned copies, facsimiles or other mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified.

Contest Period: The Contest Period begins at 5:00 PM ET on January 14th 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 21st, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). 

How to Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are three (3) ways to earn an entry (each, an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”) in this Contest:

(Booking an Appointment) - To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, you shall schedule an appointment with one of our product consultants through our website at https://www.giftcraft.com/tradeshow-contest/, attend the appointment, read and accept these Contest Rules, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form with all required information (a valid email address will be required). Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry for scheduling an appointment. You may receive additional Entries for placing an order with the product consultant.

(By Mail) - To obtain one (1) Entry to the Giftcraft January 2025 – Atlanta AmericasMart Contestwithout scheduling an appointment and engaging a product consultant, print your first name, last name, valid telephone number, complete mailing address (including postal code), age and signature on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a 200 word or more unique and original essay (the “Essay”) on “Holiday Gifting” to: 8550 Airport Road Brampton, ON L6T 5A3 (the “Request”). Upon receipt of your Request in accordance with these Contest Rules, you will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry. To be eligible, your Request must: (i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than the draw date January 24, 2025. The Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and licensees and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buyers and promotional agencies (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entry Requests (all of which are void).

Eligible Prize Winner Selection Process: On January 24th 2025 (the “Draw Date”) in Toronto, ON at approximately 1:00pm EST ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Contest Rules for each prize listed in Section X. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these the Contest Rules.

Eligible Winner Notification Process: The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the eligible winner (using the information available to the Sponsor) within three (3) business days of selection as an eligible winner. If the eligible winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the Sponsor’s first attempted contact, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable and/or if any correspondence is not responded to; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Contest Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

Eligible Winner Confirmation Process: NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE CONTEST RULES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release). By participating in the Contest and accepting a Prize, the eligible winner hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Contest Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. The Sponsor will require the eligible winner to sign and return the Sponsor’s Form of Declaration and Release prior to confirming the eligible winner as a confirmed winner in accordance with these Contest Rules. Prize: Three (3) prizes will be awarded by random draw to three (3) different qualified entrants. Winner is subject to pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees related to their geographical location. The following is a summary of the three (3) prizes:

  • Booking Deadline: The trip must be booked and completed within 2025
  • Travel Restrictions: Trip dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply (e.g., major holidays, peak seasons).
  • Expense Limits: Total expenses for flights, accommodations, and activities must not exceed $5,000 including taxes and fees.
  • Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.


One (1) $5,000 Giftcraft Shopping Spree

  • Product Restrictions: The shopping spree is limited to available in-stock Giftcraft products and excludes special orders or personalized/custom items.
  • Single Use: The entire $5,000 must be used in a single transaction. The $5,000 will be issued in the currency of the winner's country (Canadian dollars for Canada, U.S. dollars for the U.S.) and can only be used within that country.
  • Non-Transferable: The shopping spree is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs are included within the $5,000 limit or are the responsibility of the winner if they exceed this amount.


One (1) $1,000 Best Buy Gift Card

  • Retailer Location: The gift card will be issued in the currency of the winner's country (Canadian dollars for Canada, U.S. dollars for the U.S.) and can only be used within that country.
  • Expiration and Use: Gift cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Best Buy, including expiration dates and ineligible purchases.
  • Non-Transferable: This prize is also non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.


No cash equivalent unless required by law and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Prior to receiving the prize, each potential winner will be required to show valid government issued photo ID and to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form releasing the Sponsor and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prize, confirming compliance with these Contest Rules, and consenting to the use of their name, city/province/state of residence, statements and photograph, in any and all forms of media, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor and Prize Provider, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies. The signed form must be received by the Sponsor within 72 hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest rules at any time without notice.

Disclaimer: All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage, injury or negligence that may arise in connection with this Contest, including technical issues or failures on any website or software, viruses, website disruptions, malfunctions or website downtime, human error, personal injury or property damage incurred by any Contest entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. Use of any automated system including robotic or form-filling software to enter or participate in this Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries by anyone using such assistance. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Indemnity: By participating in this Contest, entrants agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all damages, injuries, claims, suits, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses of any kind (including but not limited to lawyers’ fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest; your receipt or use of any prize; your violation of any term of these Contest Rules; or your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media, manner, and formats now known or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Privacy: We use your personal information to administer this Contest, including contacting, announcing and promoting prize winners, and may transfer your personal information to third-party service providers (including but not limited to prize suppliers) in order to perform services such as prize fulfillment and delivery. Disqualification: The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE CONTEST RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an Entry from any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. Governing Law: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Contest Rules or relating to this Contest.

Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Contest Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Contest Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Inconsistency: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, any website(s), platform(s), point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Contest Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Agreement: These rules govern the Giftcraft January 2025 – Dallas Market Home & Gift Contest the “Contest”). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. (By Mail) - To obtain one (1) Entry to the Giftcraft January 2025 – Dallas Market Home & Gift Contest without scheduling an appointment and engaging a product consultant, print your first name, last name, valid telephone number, complete mailing address (including postal code), age and signature on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a 200 word or more unique and original essay (the “Essay”) on “Holiday Gifting” to: 8550 Airport Road Brampton, ON L6T 5A3 (the “Request”). Upon receipt of your Request in accordance with these Contest Rules, you will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry. Eligible Prize Winner Selection Process: On January 24th, 2025 (the “Draw Date”) in Toronto, ON at approximately 1:00pm EST ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Contest Rules for each prize listed in Section X. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these the Contest Rules.

Sponsor: The Contest is sponsored by Giftcraft (the “Sponsor”). The prize provider is Giftcraft (the “Prize Provider”).

Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective state/province/territory of residence at the time of entry.  Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to employees, immediate family members (i.e. spouses or biological, step or adoptive parents, children or siblings) or anyone domiciled with any employee of the Sponsor. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk drop-offs, photocopies, scanned copies, facsimiles or other mechanically or electronically reproduced entries will not be accepted and will be disqualified. 

Contest Period: The Contest Period begins at 5:00 PM ET on January 21st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 28th, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). 

How to Enter:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. There are three (3) ways to earn an entry (each, an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”) in this Contest:

(Booking an Appointment) - To enter the Contest during the Contest Period, you shall schedule an appointment with one of our product consultants through our website at https://www.giftcraft.com/tradeshow-contest/, attend the appointment, read and accept these Contest Rules, and follow the instructions to complete and submit the entry form with all required information (a valid email address will be required). Each entrant is limited to one (1) entry for scheduling an appointment. You may receive additional Entries for placing an order with the product consultant.

(By Mail) - To obtain one (1) Entry to the Giftcraft January 2025 – Toronto Home & Gift show Gift Contest without scheduling an appointment and engaging a product consultant, print your first name, last name, valid telephone number, complete mailing address (including postal code), age and signature on a plain white piece of paper and mail it (in an envelope with sufficient postage) along with a 200 word or more unique and original essay (the “Essay”) on “Holiday Gifting” to: 8550 Airport Road Brampton, ON L6T 5A3 (the “Request”). Upon receipt of your Request in accordance with these Contest Rules, you will be eligible to receive one (1) Entry. To be eligible, your Request must: (i) be received separately in a single envelope bearing sufficient postage (i.e. multiple Requests in the same envelope will be void); and (ii) be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than the draw date January 28, 2025. The Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and licensees and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buyers and promotional agencies (the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for, and accept no liability whatsoever in relation to, any late, lost, misdirected, delayed or incomplete Entry Requests (all of which are void).

Eligible Prize Winner Selection Process: On January 28th, 2025 (the “Draw Date”) in Toronto, ON at approximately [1:00pm EST] ET, one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Contest Rules for each prize listed in Section X. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these the Contest Rules.

Eligible Winner Notification Process: The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the eligible winner (using the information available to the Sponsor) within three (3) business days of selection as an eligible winner. If the eligible winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the Sponsor’s first attempted contact, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable and/or if any correspondence is not responded to; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Contest Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

Eligible Winner Confirmation Process: NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS A WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE CONTEST RULES, EVEN IF SUCH PERSON IS ANNOUNCED AS THE WINNER OR AN ELIGIBLE WINNER. BEFORE BEING DECLARED AS A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the eligible winner will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release). By participating in the Contest and accepting a Prize, the eligible winner hereby: (i) confirms compliance with these Contest Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the applicable Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. The Sponsor will require the eligible winner to sign and return the Sponsor’s Form of Declaration and Release prior to confirming the eligible winner as a confirmed winner in accordance with these Contest Rules. If an eligible winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to properly execute and return any required Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Contest Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate eligible winner in accordance with the applicable procedures as outlined in these Contest Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible winner).

Prize: Three (3) prizes will be awarded by random draw to three (3) different qualified entrants. Winner is subject to pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees related to their geographical location. The following is a summary of the three (3) prizes:

 

One (1) All-Inclusive Trip for Two (Approximate retail value: $5,000 CAD)

  • Booking Deadline: The trip must be booked and completed within 2025
  • Travel Restrictions: Trip dates are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply (e.g., major holidays, peak seasons).
  • Expense Limits: Total expenses for flights, accommodations, and activities must not exceed $5,000 including taxes and fees.
  • Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not included and is the responsibility of the winner.


One (1) $5,000 Giftcraft Shopping Spree

  • Product Restrictions: The shopping spree is limited to available in-stock Giftcraft products and excludes special orders or personalized/custom items.
  • Single Use: The entire $5,000 must be used in a single transaction. The $5,000 will be issued in the currency of the winner's country (Canadian dollars for Canada, U.S. dollars for the U.S.) and can only be used within that country.
  • Non-Transferable: The shopping spree is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Shipping Costs: Any shipping costs are included within the $5,000 limit or are the responsibility of the winner if they exceed this amount.


One (1) $1,000 Best Buy Gift Card

  • Retailer Location: The gift card will be issued in the currency of the winner's country (Canadian dollars for Canada, U.S. dollars for the U.S.) and can only be used within that country.
  • Expiration and Use: Gift cards are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Best Buy, including expiration dates and ineligible purchases.
  • Non-Transferable: This prize is also non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.


No cash equivalent unless required by law and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

Prior to receiving the prize, each potential winner will be required to show valid government issued photo ID and to sign a declaration of eligibility and release form releasing the Sponsor and its related parties from any and all liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prize, confirming compliance with these Contest Rules, and consenting to the use of their name, city/province/state of residence, statements and photograph, in any and all forms of media, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Sponsor and Prize Provider, and each of their respective advertising and promotional agencies. The signed form must be received by the Sponsor within 72 hours of notification or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant.

Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or the Contest rules at any time without notice.

Disclaimer: All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. Sponsor shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected or stolen entries or inability to process entries, or any errors, damage, injury or negligence that may arise in connection with this Contest, including technical issues or failures on any website or software, viruses, website disruptions, malfunctions or website downtime, human error, personal injury or property damage incurred by any Contest entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this Contest. Use of any automated system including robotic or form-filling software to enter or participate in this Contest is prohibited and will result in disqualification of all entries by anyone using such assistance. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address provided at time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Indemnity: By participating in this Contest, entrants agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all damages, injuries, claims, suits, actions, causes of action, costs, expenses, liabilities or losses of any kind (including but not limited to lawyers’ fees) arising out of or relating to your participation in the Contest; your receipt or use of any prize; your violation of any term of these Contest Rules; or your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.

Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all losses, liability, illness, injury, claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes entrant’s consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and province for promotional purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, in any and all media, manner, and formats now known or hereafter devised, without further payment or consideration.

Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by any entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's Entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry, if possible. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Contest Rules to be available and/or claimed, the Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Privacy: We use your personal information to administer this Contest, including contacting, announcing and promoting prize winners, and may transfer your personal information to third-party service providers (including but not limited to prize suppliers) in order to perform services such as prize fulfillment and delivery. The Contest is run in compliance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, which may be found in full at: https://www.giftcraft.com/privacy-policy/.

Disqualification: The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE CONTEST RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR AT ANY TIME. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual that it deems to be in violation of these Contest Rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse an Entry from any person whose eligibility is in question or who has been disqualified or is otherwise ineligible to enter. In its sole and absolute determination, the Sponsor may disqualify any person who acts in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person and to void all such person’s Entries.

Modifications: The Sponsor reserves the right, to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Contest Rules, to the extent deemed necessary by the Sponsor, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant and/or any other information or materials with these Contest Rules, or as a result of any problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Contest Rules, or for any other reason.

Governing Law: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules or the rights and obligations of participants, the Sponsor or any of the other the Released Parties in connection with the Contest will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws. The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Ontario in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Contest Rules or relating to this Contest.

Severability: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Contest Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Contest Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

Inconsistency: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, any website(s), platform(s), point of sale, television, print or online advertising and/or any instructions or interpretations of these Contest Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
